Ingredients 3 cups frozen organic berries1 large onion1 apple2 cloves garlic 1 cup sultanas ½ teaspoon each of cinnamon, allspice, curry powder and ginger. ¼ teaspoon ground cloves¼ teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon salt1 cup brown sugar ¾ cup wine or cider vinegar Place the berries in a medium saucepan and set aside. In a food processor blend the onion, unpeeled apple, garlic and sultanas. Add all ingredients to the saucepan and simmer gently for 2 hours. Bottle in small sterilized jars.
